I was really looking forward to receiving the 4 Plush Velvet and Faux fur Santa Sacks, but unfortunately, it didn't match the picture on the website. The faux fur turned out to be more cream than all crisp white. I've tried reaching out to the business through email and their customer service site, but I haven’t heard back yet. It's quite disappointing.
